My mission is to empower you to overcome life’s challenges and become the best version of yourself.

In addition to running my private practice, I am a highly respected medical social worker. This unique blend allows me to address the complex emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of well-being in a holistic way.

Additionally my training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family equipped me with a strong foundation of family therapy and the clinical expertise for work with couples and families.

This experience shaped my approach, which integrates solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and strength-based practices. I believe that healing comes from within, and that every person has the power to grow, no matter their circumstances.
