In our first session we will explore what brought you to therapy and outline your goals for therapy. It is a collaborative process where I share my approach and how I can best support you in achieving meaningful change in your life.

Individual sessions are 45 minutes and Couple sessions are 60 minutes.

Yes, I’m in network with most insurances. I’m happy to verify your insurance benefits in advance to determine your coverage (i.e. copayment and deductible). If I do not accept your insurance, I can provide a super-bill for out-of-network reimbursement.

If you are paying privately my session rate is $200. I also offer sliding scale rates depending on financial need. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone so please reach out to discuss your eligibility.

At this time my practice is solely Telehealth based.

Telehealth is a great option for anyone who prefers to seek treatment from the comfort of their own home. Video sessions allow you the convenience to access care from anywhere in New York State.
